My love for ginkgo grows every day.

They are one of the very few living fossils dating

back to the jurassic time,

Ginkgo evolved in an era before flowering plants exist,

when ferns dominated earth.

Wikipedia calls them an "ecological paradox"...

what in the world could be more awesome than that!?

I find myself thinking of autumn, i wonder why...

Every year i wait anxiously for this time of the year, i wait for the leaves in the

trees to change color and then i wait for them to fall.

And then every year i find myself being so impatient about it,

is like i can not wait for the magic to start!

This is one of my favorite shots from last year, it was tho taken in

early november.

Sometime early this year i got some Colombian roses at wholefoods, pretty small yellow roses. here is one of them
